Return and Exchange Policy

As a small, one-person studio handling every part of the shop — from creation to packing to shipping — I'm unable to accept general returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Refunds or exchanges are only offered within 14 days of delivery, and only if your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If your order meets these conditions, please request a return by signing into your account with the email you used to order here.

Once your request is submitted, I'll follow up to ask for the reason for the return and photos of the damage or error. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by signing into your account here.

Dispatch and Postage Time

In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Preorders and commissions ship on a variable timeline depending on the piece — as a solo artist creating, managing, packing, and shipping every order myself, I appreciate your patience.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout, and delivery times vary depending on the service selected. Questions about shipping can be sent to shop@koriecull.com.

Missed or Lost Deliveries

The shop is not responsible for missed or lost deliveries where the carrier has attempted delivery to the address provided but was unable to access the location, or where the recipient failed to collect the item from a postal facility and the order was returned as a result.

If an order is returned by the carrier, I will reach out to arrange next steps — either reshipping or refunding. Reshipping will incur a new shipping charge; refunds will deduct the original outbound postage cost.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from the 95014, Cupertino area. California sales tax applies to all local pickup orders.

International Shipping & Duties

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Before placing an order, please research any import taxes or duties that may apply to shipments from the United States into your country.

The shop is not responsible for any import taxes or duties assessed upon arrival.

Canadian customers can estimate applicable duties using the Canada Border Services Agency's Duty and Taxes Estimator prior to ordering.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the policy above, orders shipped into the European Union are eligible for cancellation or return within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received — unworn or unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase. Refunds exclude original shipping costs and do not apply to custom or made-to-order items.

I will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact me at shop@koriecull.com.
